What is your minimum order value/quantity? |

We have no minimum order value for retail purchases. However the following does apply to wholesale orders:
WHOLESALE INFORMATION
Our current wholesale minimum spending is £300 for your first order and £200 thereafter.
We also offer DISCOUNTS rates: Please view our discount category.
Payment for goods will need to be received before we can process your order. Cheques will require clearance before goods are dispatched. We do not offer credit facilities.
All orders are subject to availability, and approval, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We would expect to dispatch your goods within 5 working days, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.. |

We deliver Monday to Friday via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK. Please allow a minimum of to 7-14 days for your parcel to reach you. |

Making an order is simple, simply create an account, browse through the website, having found what you would like to purchase you will be asked whether you would like to add the item to your cart. From here onwards the procedure is self-explanatory. |

We accept payment with most major credit cards and debit cards (through PAYPAL) the secure way of making payments via internet. If you are unsure what Paypal is please see the Paypal Info' category. We also accept Cheques or Postal Orders and Direct Bank Transfer. Please note if paying by cheque goods will not be dispatched until payments are cleared. This normally takes 3 -5 working days. |

Can I buy your catalogues |

No. Unfortunately we do not offer any catalogues at this stage. All the porducts can viewed on our website |

What is your returns policy? |

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product (lingerie) we sell, we only accept returns on faulty items, which will be replaced. We are happy to assist with any sizing or colour queries prior to you ordering. Please also find accurate sizing charts under Size Chart category |

Q. Do you offer a drop ship facility?
A. We regret to add that we no longer offer a dropship service. You may however make an order where we will deliver it to yourself and you may wish to forward the item to your customer.

Are all Items New?
Yes. We only sell brand new items This goes for both our retail and wholesale service, direct from the manufacturers. All items usually come with hang tags and and or hangers also.
Can we use the images from Seduktiv Lingerie website?
Yes, if you purchase products from us and would like to use the images to promote your business we give you the authorization to do that. Just simply right hand click on the image and ' save picture as'.
