The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of theses terms and conditions. Please read carefully and keep a printed copy for future reference.
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutpry rights.
We the supplier have, the right to refuse at our discretion or to supply any goods ordered by you. ITS IS ONLY AFTER WE HAVE DISPATCHED THE GOODS TO YOU THAT WE HAVE A BINDING CONTRACT.
All pricing within our site is subject to change without prior notice to our customers.

All material contained within our website is copyrighted. The copying of images and descriptive matter contained within our website, is strictly prohibited. If images or descriptive matter are required for your use, and the sole aid of re - selling our items, you will require an authorisation. Please e-mail for further details.
RETURNSETURNS POLICY
Owing to the nature of this product, we have a strict returns policy on all lingerie and clubwear items. We always check for any possible flaws or defects in your garments before we despatch, to ensure you receive a quality garment at all times.
In the unlikely event that a fault may be found, it is requested that you email us within within 3 days of your customer receiving their parcel, to notify us of the fault. If we feel that a returns is viable, we will issue you will a returns authorisation number, which should be stated on the back of your parcel when returning. We will not accept any returns that are not authorised. We do not exchange or refund any items for any other reason but faulty.
We will happily exchange faulty items if they are clean, unworn and not tried on, with tag attached items, that are still in the in the original packaging and are free from the smell of smoke and other odours.
Your item should be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel by a track and trace post, and at your own expense. We do not refund p+p costs.
If all the conditions above have been met, it will be at our sole discretion if a manufacturing fault has been found, and if a replacement item is viable or not.
We do not refund on lingerie or clubear items. We will supply a like for like on faulty goods. In the event that we are not able to supply an exchange for a returned item, we will then offer a refund.
DELIVERY
All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents. All delivery addresses will copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of your cleared payment. In the event that a product has been overlooked, and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and we would expect to get your goods to you within 14 days.
UK - All items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
International - All items are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For
Damage In transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
